WARRANTY POLICY:

All products are covered by the manufacturers' warranty. Manufacturer warranties cover repair and/or replacement of defective items. Northwest Power CO, LLC will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call Northwest Power CO, LLC with the date and number of original invoice, and describing defect. Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier.

 CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation must be approved by Northwest Power CO, LLC and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

Purchase Order Cancellations for Special Orders of Power Cabinet Equipment and /or Solar Traffic Signal Systems will be charged a 25% restocking fee and purchaser to pay any return shipments.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:

If your order arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery slip and contact the carrier immediately to file your claim. You will also need to contact us at Northwest Power CO, LLC. Thank you

RETURNS:

A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all items returned in new unused original condition with original packaging, hardware, manuals and inserts and buyer to pay return shipping.

 A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to items returned not in new factory condition and buyer to pay return shipping.

  A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to items returned not in original packaging or with out manuals, inserts and/or parts missing and buyer to pay return shipping.

 Any defective item needs to be sent to the manufacturer. Please contact Northwest Power CO, LLC before returning any item.
